The person who pitched the work is the person who does the work. No account managers, no handoffs. You will never have to chase three different people to find out what is happening on your account.

Marketing that does not test is marketing that guesses. A fifth of your budget and a fifth of my time goes on deliberate experiments. That is where the next big win comes from.
Smart allocation, not bigger budgets.
Most agencies will tell you to spend more. I will tell you when more spend helps, when it will not, and what to spend on instead. Most of the time you do not have a budget problem. You have an allocation problem.
